Now that you’ve done your exploration and followed these up with checks and balances, you’ve got to face the toughest task of the Workshop.
You must reduce your master plan to just five cards. Yes, just five. No more. Typically, at least one card will be a Target Card.
This requires you to be ruthless. To lose cards that hold information that is important to you. Sacrificing one detail so another can stay on the table. Harsh, painful and yet incredibly liberating!
With this Five Card Story, you should have distilled your thinking down to some very simple ideas, those that are really key to your story. And the ones that have the biggest impact for your customers.
