We’ve just come back from another Discovery Deck workshop with a client who has a Digital Manufacturing offering. One of the key things that shifted in the session was using business outcomes to move the focus of their story away from the product’s features. In the market cards section, they really got down to thinking through a variety of client’s needs. This helped them focus the story on what would really resonate for their clients. By the end, all agreed that the outline storyline would become a valuable asset in selling the product.
