2.2 Must, Maybe, Meh

Now you’ve got the information about your project down on the cards, pick up the must/maybe/meh stickers. Go back to the cards and pick a sticker for each one, according to how essential to your story each card is. Ask yourself:

  • Does this card impact the targets we set at the beginning?
  • Will this card change the way your audience thinks about your product?
  • Will this surprise your audience?

Is the answer’s no, it’s a meh.

If the answer’s is yes, it’s a must.

If you’re not sure, it’s a maybe.

 

Be harsh. Be honest. Don’t cling on to cards.
